i can't believe i took so long to post my 2nd entry. but the past few weeks have not been really eventful to begin with. mostly spending time doing fyp, and having much difficulty attaining the data we need. but i feel quite satisfied that at least we did achieve in doing more things for our fyp, not that we have a choice anyway.
so tomorrow's the first day of school, not officially for me since tutorials are off for the first week. and despite that, i STILL have to get my ass to school cos of data collection. the time i spend on fyp is really...much more time than i've ever spent on any other module..it'd better be worth it. considering its an 8AUs module. I'm determined to get my lit review done properly and asap!
this hols i've completed "Please Come Back, Soon Ae". I watched it on dvd while it's concurrently showing on tv. how odd. anyway it's a really hilarious show. soon ae's yul goon's mum in goong! totally unbelievable cos she's much more likeable in soon ae for sure. and i like park jin hee! she's really amazing in her acting plus she's super chio! but not sure if she did undergo surgery. hmmm.. and oh ya! the dad's really good too! yoon da hoon..i tell u he is super funny! lol.. can't stop laughing at him la! and his son's cute too...can cry REALLY well.
next up is witch yoo hee..waiting for my mum to finish before i can start on it. but my progress will be a tad slow since school is starting and I'm supposed to spend the bulk of my time on my modules and fyp. speaking of which, i'll be taking korean 2 with shiting! hooray! must start revising my korean soon. can't wait to go korea to ski and admire the beautiful scenery!
i'll post pictures in my next entry. have not gotten my hk pics yet.

101207 - my very first entry!
10th December 2007 marks the first entry of my very own blog!
finally succumbed to owning a personal blog, after having 4 shared blogs with margaret, margaret and jm, sarah, alice and kt. these blogs turned out to be rather inactive, guess with all of us so busy with our own stuff that these blogs are being pushed to the back of our minds. but at least we know there's a platform ready for us to share our thoughts and queries and to most importantly, keep in contact! =)
well, just returned from my 2nd trip to hk on 8/12. first time was there with sarah's family, and now with mama. 5 days of nonstop eating and walking! not much shopping done due to the lack of time. but considering that, terence and i managed to get jeans and watches! titus for S$74! think its a good deal and its been a while since i've owned a new watch. jeans are of a korean brand called wakee. totally unheard of but just got them cos i'm in need of new jeans and they seem pretty ok. shall elaborate more on the trip with pics in the next entry!
came across this article by sumiko tan and there was this one sentence that is really applicable to me - "It's very sad, and the greater tragedy if it is only one half of the couple who has lost the feeling." But i feel more consoled when i see her next sentence - "Still, to have loved and lost ... must surely be better than to have never loved at all." well, somehow i still believe in true love and hope that i will find my mr right soon.
